I have been a bodyworker for 8 years, and a personal trainer specializing in rehabilitative exercise for 10 years. I found the aspect of my personal training which I enjoyed the most (correcting dysfunction, decreasing pain, improving posture, etc), which is only about 10% of personal training, I was able to do 100% of the time in my bodywork business. I work on a variety of client types and conditions, ranging from repetitive stress injuries resulting from clerical work to professional athletes looking to improve performance.
