From the very beginning, Henghou Group has implemented overseas investment strategies and successively entered the business of iron ore trading, international shipping, and real estate investment.
In 2009, Henghou collaborated with FMG, the world's third largest iron ore producer, and BCI, an emerging mining company in Australia, to co-?nance the development of a mine in Western Australia. This collaboration has led to the production of Bonnie ?ne, with a total reserves of over 1.5 Billion tons. Henghou became the exclusive Bonnie Fine dealer in the Chinese market.
In 2016, Henghou started investing in real estate in the United States. With focus in Los Angeles Area and Bay Area, Henghou has acquired 43 residential properties and 4 commercial properties, creating a high return investment portfolio.
